Monday – Friday: Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET ship the same business day.
Weekends & U.S. holidays: Orders ship the next business day.
Products leave our Myrtle Beach, SC facility in heat‑sealed, light‑proof packaging for maximum freshness.

3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship any kratom products to the following locations:

4. Age & Identity Verification
We sell only to customers 21 years or older. You agree to:
- Provide accurate legal name, current U.S. address and date of birth.
- Allow our third‑party service to perform age verification.
- Present government‑issued photo ID if requested at delivery.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking link is emailed automatically once a label is created. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- Lost in transit: If a package shows no movement for 7 days, email us so we can start a trace.
- Delivered but not received: Confirm the address and check with household members and neighbors. If still missing, file a police report and send us the case number within 72 hours.
- Damaged on arrival: Retain all packaging and email clear photos; we will replace or refund promptly.
7. International & APO/FPO
We currently ship only within the United States and cannot deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or freight forwarders.
8. Policy Changes
Kratom regulations evolve quickly. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time; updates take effect immediately upon posting.
